Unfortunately we will not be running our Hockey School this season.
All participants and spectators 12 and older must show proof of being fully vaccinated before entering the arena.

Dates and Times
Hockey School sessions run on Saturday afternoons (1:45pm to be confirmed) at Don Mills Arena. Sessions begin in October, the weekend after Thanksgiving and run every Sunday morning until the end of March, with the exception of the Christmas/New Year's break.
 

Ages
Hockey School is primarily intended for players in the Tyke, Novice and Atom age groups.  For the 2022-23 season, this equates to birth years 2012 - 2017.  Exceptions for players born outside of this range may be made on a case by case basis

Location
All hockey school sessions take place at Don Mills Civitan Arena

Number of Participants
The number of players on the ice is normally capped at 30 per session

Instructors
There are 1 to 2 professional instructions on the ice at any given time along with several volunteers.  The program is designed and led by Chuck Dill who has coached at the AAA Level since 1987 and also runs luvofhockey.com

Participants are divided into three groups based on age and skill

Goalie Instruction
Goalie instruction may begin in January

Jerseys and Equipment
Participants must wear full equipment when on the ice.  Registration includes DMCHL Hockey School jersey.  All other items including socks must be supplied by the player.
